Dancing Blues Brothers statues in Joliet can be found on the roof of Rich & Creamy ice cream stand. Jake and Elwood are wrapped in neon lights to give the appearance of dancing. Rich & Creamy was restored by city leaders and now has an retro style that makes for an excellent photo op.
