                Brush Creek Bridge /  Attraction in Kansas
                
            
        
        Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Brush Creek Bridge is the last bridge of this type on Route 66 in Kansas. Two other bridges spanning Willow Creek and Spring River were dismantled. James Barney Marsh, a bridge designer in Iowa, patented the Marsh Arch Bridge design in 1912. This bridge dates to 1923.
