It is the bridge of the Chain of Rocks road over The Chain of Rocks Canal.

The Chain of rocks road was closed at the time (1994), so reaching the Chain of Rocks bridge is kind of hard to do but ...

Since the Chain of Rocks bridge isn't usable anymore for cars, We'll use the McKinley bridge instead.
