Microsoft Streets
The 2005 map was made by Brent Forsberg using the turn-by-turn description from this site. Brent graciously gave this site permission to distribute. Charles update it to a 2006 version and sent it in as well.
The map highlights the route and has notes for the alternate alignments out there.
Click the "Save As ..." option to save this file and use it in the program.

Requirements:
- Microsoft Streets and Trips 2006 GPS locator (with GPS receiver)
- Microsoft Streets and Trips 2006 (without GPS receiver)
- Windows XP
- Laptop computer with a car power adapter
Using this file and software might not work in all cases, I've never tried it myself. Do let me know how it worked for you.
