- The book is a collection of a series of articles that were published in a number of the leading newspapers in Flanders, namely "De Standaard", "Het Nieuwsblad", and "De Gentenaar", all from the same publisher, between the 6th and the 10th of July 1987. The book itself is one number of a series of books, and the only one with Route 66 content. The book is a description of the travel of the author on Route 66 from Los Angeles to Chicago. Nice book to get the taste, not good for following the road yourself. Written in Dutch.
